2. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will assess the situation and offer a solution, which may include a re-service or a partial/full refund.
3. Cancellations: For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Situations
1. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time may incur a cancellation fee.
2. Force Majeure: Refunds are not available for cancellations or unsatisfactory services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or other emergencies.
