TV Wall Unit Gikambura

Welcome to the final chapter of our Gikambura Complete Home Interior Renovation Project. After transforming the bedrooms with custom wardrobes and giving the kitchen and pantry a modern new look, the final phase was creating a TV wall unit that would become the centrepiece of the living room.

From the beginning, the homeowner wanted every room in the house to feel connected through colour, finishes, and design. While the wardrobes introduced clean white finishes and the kitchen combined elegant grey and white cabinetry, the TV wall was designed to bring these elements together and complete the overall interior transformation.

Bringing the Living Room to Life

The living room is where families spend time together, entertain guests, and create lasting memories. It deserved a feature that was both practical and visually striking.

Working from the approved concept developed during our design consultations, our team fabricated a bespoke one-sided TV cabinet using premium white multilayered boards. The clean cabinetry provides generous storage while maintaining a sleek, contemporary appearance that complements the rest of the home’s interior.

To introduce contrast and sophistication, one section of the cabinetry was fitted with a premium tinted glass display door, creating the perfect space for displaying decorative accessories while adding depth to the overall design.

Carefully Selected Finishes

Every finish was chosen to complement the client’s preferred colour palette while creating a luxurious entertainment space.

The television backdrop features a premium marble sheet that immediately draws attention to the entertainment area, while elegant grey fluted wall panels introduce texture and warmth without overwhelming the space.

To further elevate the design, our team incorporated a decorative gypsum feature that seamlessly integrates modern downlights, adding architectural depth and creating soft ambient lighting throughout the living room.

Modern TV wall units have become much more than places to mount a television.

For this project, we designed an entertainment wall that combines storage, lighting, decorative finishes, and comfort into one cohesive installation.

Completing the Gikambura Renovation

With the TV wall installation complete, the entire Gikambura renovation came together exactly as envisioned.

Like many custom interior projects, there were a few design refinements along the way. Although these adjustments slightly extended the timeline, they allowed us to fine-tune the details and ensure the finished spaces truly reflected the homeowner’s expectations.

Looking back at the completed project, those refinements were well worth the effort. Every room now flows naturally into the next, creating a consistent design language throughout the home.
